Coach Roderick and Roshawn made it comfortable for us to feel comfortable quickly and created a safe environment that saved me from the situation. Going through the premarital made me realize the areas that I didn’t value in myself. You all taught me, that unless you show up at the table knowing you I was another person can not do that for you, what evolved during the premarital coaching process was me. I would highly recommend this coaching process to anyone. I gained so much more than a husband, I gained fullness and wholeness in myself.
We were able to establish a good relationship with Coach Roderick and Roshawn. They helped us break down walls we had up, identify areas we thought we addressed but never got resolutions on, they helped us address triggers, and made us question each other’s responses. This process provided tools to help us establish better communication and relationships. We highly recommend marriage coaching because many marriages are walking in the dark and need to come to the light with some help.

Rod and Roshawn really made us feel comfortable to be open with them! They gave us homework assignments that were thought-provoking and really helped my fiance and I grow closer with each other. The budget exercise and creating a realistic budget plan truly helped a lot and the Love and apology language quiz. Their premarital coaching process was better than we expected! One of our biggest takeaways was how to navigate H.O.T.(Humble, open, and transparent) conversations. We learned each other’s strengths and weaknesses. How we can be more compassionate, and forgiving and understand that marriage takes constant work. We absolutely would recommend the Marriage Evolves Premarital Program to other couples! They made us feel safe to share with them. They shared their story and their struggles and how they overcame it. It made us feel like “It can be done”. We felt supported! We are able to resolve conflicts by being more open and transparent with one another.
The Empowered Women one on one session with Coach Roshawn was very helpful. She helped me identify the areas of my marriage and life I was struggling in, even when I did not realize it was a struggle that I was experiencing. I enjoyed the prayers, the authentic relationship care and concern that was evident through Coach Roshawn, and the accountability on both of our parts to prepare for sessions and do the work in everyday life. My biggest takeaway from this coaching program is that God was able to restore our marriage relationship through our intention to make changes. I absolutely would not have been able to experience the growth and confidence that I currently have, without being coached and prayed for by Coach Roshawn. Which is why I would highly recommend anyone to use their program.
